Justification
Governor's Recommendations 2025-26

The Governor's Budget Recommendation for Fiscal Year 2025-26 includes $7,000,000 in budget authority, of which $5,000,000
is nonrecurring, for the Defense Infrastructure Grant (DIG). Funds will be used for projects that benefit both the local
community and military installation. The DIG program provides support for local infrastructure projects that address one
or more of seven designated issues: encroachment, transportation and access, utilities, communications, housing,
environment, and security.
