Justification
Governor's Recommendations 2022-23

The Governor's Budget Recommendation for Fiscal Year 2022-23 request a realignment of $1,851,469 in recurring budget
authority from the Medical Care Trust Fund to the General Revenue Fund.  The Agency for Health Care Administration would
to accurately align the budget authority following the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) transfer.
